А im: to conduct a comparative analysis of serum albumin's structural and functional properties in decompensated cirrhotic patients by means spin prob EPR spectroscopy. Materials methods. The main study group included 70 with liver cirrhosis ascites. control consisted 12 healthy volunteers, comparable gender age, without diseases. To assess the ability, albumin was analyzed Results. Albumin levels within reference intervals were found 37 (59.8 %). native index decrease as disease progressed lowest values Child – Pugh C ( p < 0.001). binding efficiency decreased accordance severity minimal capacity (Me = 25.43 %; n 30; transport activity RTQ cirrhosis, ability observed 26.09 In detoxification potential significantly reduced: B — Me 44.03 =17.16 %. Despite normal 72.5% 26.7% group, only 12.3% had function nо function. Conclusion. There not concentration depletion patients, but also physiological non-oncotic violated. these changes increased progression cirrhosis. Our data allow us raise question need use test determine indications for replacement therapy presence ascites, even at its concentration.

Management of Coagulopathy in Patients with Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis
Patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis have significantly impaired synthetic function. Many proteins involved in the coagulation process are synthesized in the liver. Routinely performed tests of the coagulation are abnormal in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis. This has led to the widespread belief that decompensated liver cirrhosis is prototype of acquired hemorrhagic coagulopa...

متن کاملPrescribing Medications in Patients with Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis
Patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis have various serious complications which require multiple drugs for therapeutic or prophylactic use. Majority of the drugs are primarily metabolized and excreted by hepatobiliary system; hence, liver cell necrosis contributes to impaired drug handling in liver failure while portosystemic shunt can alter drug action in cirrhosis. Hence, in order to dec...
